14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund of your Binzide Pro purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@ballmac.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order number or the email receipt from Dodo Payments.
- Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
- When a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated and Binzide returns to the free plan. Your files and settings are not affected.
After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion, for example if Binzide Pro doesn't work as described and we can't fix it. Email us and we'll do our best to help. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Client services
Refunds and cancellations for custom app and website projects are covered by the agreement for each project.
